Privacy Policy

In order to perform services and deliver products to you, HP2 Promotions and Tilted Kilt Franchise Operating LLC collect some information about you. Said information may include name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, zip code, city, state, country and certain buying habits as designated by you in forms you complete and submit. The collection of this data is facilitated by our own efforts and stored in our own database. It is not sold, loaned, rented or otherwise disseminated to other entities for use in any manner. There are no exceptions to this policy. HP2 Promotions and Tilted Kilt Franchise Operating LLC may from time to time, use said information to re contact you for purposes of customer service or to inform you of a new product that we offer. If at anytime you wish to have you information purged from our records, you may do so by sending an e-mail to marc@hp2promo.com.

Shipping Policy

HP2 Promotions, as the fulfillment entity for KiltGear, ships all products and services with two working days of online the order. In the case of products that might be downloadable, the download link is provided immediately upon completion of the transaction. If, for any reason, a product cannot be shipped within the prescribed time period the customer will be notified by e-mail and offered the option of either canceling the order or accepting the indicated shipping period. All products shipped by commercial carrier, or USPS are packed to avoid damage. However, should a product arrive damaged and useless, HP2 Promotions will replace that product free of charge after receiving the damaged merchandise back from the customer.

Return Policy

Because HP2 Promotions, strives to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, we offer our customers a full refund (purchase and shipping and handling) on any printed product returned unused, or in original condition, within 15 days of original purchase. The 100% refund will be reflected in a credit issued to the credit card used in the original purchase. In the case of editorial and design services, all materials must be returned intact with a cover letter stipulating that said materials were unusable.
